How do i choose the right treatment for me?
Each experience is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. If you are unsure which treatment to select, this can be gently discussed during consultation to ensure the most suitable and nurturing choice for you.
Why is the booking duration longer than the treatment time?
To ensure a calm, unhurried and truly luxurious experience, each treatment includes an additional 15 minutes within the booking time. For example, a 60-minute massage is scheduled as a 75-minute session. This additional time allows for consultation, preparation and aftercare, ensuring the treatment itself is fully devoted to you.
Are treatments personalised?
Absolutely. Every session is uniquely personalised and guided by your needs, comfort and intention for the treatment.
How often should i book a treatment?
This is a personal choice. Some clients visit occasionally for deep relaxation, while others enjoy regular sessions as part of their ongoing self-care and wellbeing routine.
What is the aura ritual?
The Aura Ritual is a signature, extended treatment designed as a deeply immersive experience for body and mind. It offers grounding, calm and a sense of quiet luxury in a serene, ceremonial setting.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Lily Massage Therapy, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation. In such cases, the full treatment price will still apply, as the appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Any outstanding charges for late cancellations or missed appointments must be settled before booking a future appointment. All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit secures your appointment time and is deducted from the total treatment price on the day of your appointment.
How long does a session last?
Session lengths vary depending on the treatment selected. Full details are clearly displayed during the booking process.
Do i need to prepare before my appointment?
No special preparation is required. You are welcome to arrive unhurried and allow yourself space before and after your treatment to fully enjoy the experience.
Are your treatments suitable for relaxation as well as muscle tension?
Yes. Treatments can be adapted to support deep relaxation, gentle release of tension or a combination of both, depending on how your body feels on the day.
Is massage meant to be painful?
Massage should never feel painful. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level, and open communication throughout the session is warmly encouraged.
Do you offer facial and holistic wellbeing treatments as well as massage?
Yes. Alongside massage therapy, a selection of facial treatments, reflexology and holistic wellbeing rituals are available.
Are treatments available for female clients only?
Yes. All treatments are offered exclusively to female clients, ensuring a comfortable, respectful and private environment.
